SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our goal is to make sure that you get your perfect fit as fast as possible.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100. All our shipping times are in line with standard Australia Post times.

​

Unfortunately we currently don't ship overseas but keep an eye out for announcements in the future!

RETURNS AND

EXCHANGE POLICY

Part of our identity at Minus Three is to make sure you always get the perfect fit. That's why we are happy to offer FREE returns on all purchases over $100 within 14 days of shipping date! 

 

Simply complete the following steps

  • Make sure all tags and packaging are in tact

  • Contact us on our website, Facebook or Instagram regarding your return/exchange

    • In your message, provide us your name and the jeans being returned

  • We'll generate a free return slip for you with those details

  • Attach the slip to your satchel and drop the package off at any drop off point
